sooo true about the cotton activewear piece! despite being pro-sustainability in other areas of my life, activewear has been one of the areas i've been lagging. BUT i was just gifted an organic cotton set, and WOW the difference is noticeable. everything else feels like literal plastic on my body. so i might be making the full switch in 2026!
DITTO on lagging - I truly still don't even own any dedicated cotton activewear? I usually just wear vintage cotton tees or long sleeves that are just around in my wardrobe... dying to invest in it more though. it's just sooo much better for us!

yes yes yes to refuge from the internet! running is **sadly** the limited time of day I'm truly disconnected from the digital world and my phone.
